Delivery Costs

Ragamate offers a free delivery option with orders to Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.

Delivery in Finland is provided by the Near Parcel collection service of Matkahuolto. If customers require an order to be delivered directly to a home address, customers can purchase the Matkahuolto Home Delivery service. This is an additional €9.

Delivery Methods

All products from the online shop sold within Finland are handled by Matkahuolto.

Deliveries throughout Europe are handled by GLS, and in other countries by DHL.

Customs Duties

There are no customs duties for the orders inside of EU. Any applicable customs duties outside of EU are the sole responsibility of the costumer. If you are unsure whether or not you will be charged customs duties at the time of receiving your reward, please get in touch with your local post office.
