Refunds, returns & exchanges
Isn’t the product what you wanted or do you want to exchange it for a different product? There is a 30-day period for a right of return on all orders. Please note that returns do not apply to products that have been modified according to a specific request by a customer.
Please note also that products can only be exchanged or refunded if
- the product is unused.
- the product is returned in the original packaging of sale.
- the product is not damaged.
Returns can be easily made by following these instructions:
- Contact the online shop (email@example.com or +358 (0)40 7089 148) and request guidance on returns.
- Enclose a refund request with your name and contact information.
- Repack the product in its original package of sale. Include in the repackaged item all parts from the original package.
- Repack the product in its original packaging, into the box in which it was delivered.
- Return address: RAGMATE, c/o WebLog Finland Oy, Aholantie 1, 21290 Rusko, FINLAND
- The customer is responsible for all costs resulting from a returned item.
Refunds via the online shop customer service will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product to the online shop.

Defective or damaged products
If the product received is defective, please contact customer service directly by emailing email@example.com or by telephoning +358 (0)40 7089 148. After making contact, unless otherwise instructed, follow the return procedure as outlined in the process described above. In case of returns resulting from damaged or defected products, the online shop is responsible for all costs.
