  1. Parties to the agreement
    This agreement concerns the terms and conditions for use of the Ragmate online shop (Service) operated by Ragmate Design Oy (Service Provider). By using the service and purchasing products from the service, you as the ‘User’ accept the terms of this agreement and agree to comply with these conditions.Contact details for the Service Provider: Ragmate Design Oy, Peräkyläntie 45 a, 90660 Oulu, FINLAND.   2. Right of use
    2.1 Private consumers
    The Service is intended for private consumers in Finland and around the world.
    2.2 Enterprises
    Enterprises can also use the Service. When placing orders the enterprise must include a business ID (or similar identifiable registration number). The right of return under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to corporate customers.
    2.3 All rights to the content of the Service belong to the Service Provider.
  3. Collection and use of personal data
    3.1 The Service Provider is responsible for the proper handling and privacy of all personal data provided by the user. The data provided by the User is stored on the Service Provider’s customer database. For the purpose of orders and deliveries, the mandatory information will include the User’s first name, last name, postal address, postal code, telephone number and email address.
    3.2 The Service Provider will not disclose any data collected to a third party.
    3.3 The data for the customer database may only be used for direct electronic marketing if the User has provided their specific consent.
    3.4 The Service Provider reserves the right to disclose data and information about the User to the authorities if the User has acted in violation of the law.
    3.5. The User has the right to check, modify or delete any data and information about him or herself from the customer database.
  4. Ordering
    4.1 When ordering from the Service, a binding agreement of trade occurs when the Service Provider sends an order confirmation to the User, confirming the availability and delivery time of the product(s).
    4.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to accept any orders made.
  5. Product pricing
    5.1 Prices of products are displayed on the Service webpage in the section marked ‘product information’.
    5.2 Payment is made per order, unless otherwise stated.
    5.3 The Service prices are indicated to the User in Euros (EUR).
    5.4 When selling and transporting products to EU countries the prices declared include the VAT as required by Finnish legislation.
    5.5 When selling and transporting products outside the EU, the recipient of the products is liable for any local taxes, custom duties and additional charges.
  6. Payments through Paybyway Oy
    Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Bambora. Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop.   1. Delivery
    7.1 The Service Provider delivers the purchased products to the User via a third party transport service.
    7.2 Transport costs are added to the original order price if required.
    7.3 Delivery time is dependent on the product availability and the delivery destination. Available delivery methods are indicated in the Service.
    7.4 The Service Provider is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable problems (force majure) or other delays caused within the delivery process.
    7.5 The Service Provider reserves the right to deliver the ordered products in separate consignments.
    7.6 The Service Provider is liable for loss or damage of the product during delivery.
  2. Cancellations and returns
    1. In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to cancel the order within fourteen (14) days from the date of the order being received. The right of cancellation does not apply to products that have been modified specifically to a customer’s requests.
    8.2 Please note also that products can only be returned if:
    1) the product is unused
    2) the product is returned in the original packaging of sale
    3) the product is not damaged.
  3. Changes
    1 The Service Provider reserves the right to make any changes to the Service at any time.
    9.2 The Service Provider can modify the terms and conditions of the agreement by notifying the User through the Service. By continuing to use the Service the User accepts any changes made.
  4. Resolution of Disputes
    All disputes concerning the agreement, which cannot be resolved via direct customer service negotiation, will be settled by Oulun käräjäoikeus (Oulu District Court) under the jurisdiction of Finnish Law.
